Bravo on a phenomenal debut book. As angry I was on how this all played out, Alissa made me realize Sloane and I had much more in common than I wanted to admit. This is a different kind of story for sure but extremely relatable to most people. I think we've all be there thinking we can change someone or settle for someone or we are ok doing anything just to get someone to love them, I also think a lot of people could relate to wanting to break up because they deserve better but the heartbreak or the memories is just too much pain to bare but in the end what will be will be. I enjoyed the different more realistic relationship the characters in the story had. This is may not be for everyone as it may hit too close to home but it's an enjoyable read. - Lyla

If you like books that give you that heart in your stomach feeling (in the best way) then this book is for you! It is truly a perfect summer read and I believe does have a happily ever after just not in the way we’re used to seeing. - Kathleen
